At Calico Goat Farms we are dedicated to producing high quality, naturally colored fleeces of mohair fiber with great character and luster, luster, luster. We offer raw mohair fiber for doll hair for Reborn and Santa doll makers and for hand spinners. We also offer tail-spun yarn for knitters and weavers. We breed and raise our Angora Goats on a small family farm in Northern Nevada and replenish our genetics from time to time from some of the finest herds in the West.
The Angoras have been a great addition to our lives and seem to be quite compatible with our temperament (mostly laid back though on the rare occasion a little grumpy).
